Each rank of Scouting has a community service component to teach Scouts how to be civic-minded and give back to their community. Scouts also have opportunities to participate in events such as color guards and parades. These are just a few of the opportunities we’ve had to give back to the community and participate in:

- Park Cleanups
- Building a gaga ball pit at YMCA Camp Double Eagle
- Sock, Winter Hat, and Mitten Drive
- Flag Retirement Ceremony
- Christmas caroling at local retirement homes
